<b>Job Description</b>
<p>We are seeking an experienced SQL &amp; Power BI Specialist to join our team in Pristina. This full-time, permanent position requires a skilled professional who can transform data into actionable insights, supporting our business objectives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions.</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop, implement, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.</li>
<li>Create and manage Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize data effectively.</li>
<li>Automate data flows and integrate multiple data sources.</li>
<li>Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Provide technical support and training to team members on BI tools and systems.</li>
<li>Continuously seek opportunities to improve data processes and reporting capabilities.</li>
</ul>

<b>Required Profile</b>
<p>We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li>
<li>Min. 3 years' experience in SQL development and Power BI report creation.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Proficiency in data modeling and data visualization techniques.</li>
<li>Experience with other BI tools and programming languages is a plus.</li>
</ul>
