Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Workforce Manager to lead workforce planning and optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for forecasting staffing needs, managing schedules, and ensuring operational efficiency across departments. This role requires strong collaboration, data analysis, and reporting skills to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate workforce forecasts and schedules.
• Monitor real-time staffing levels and make adjustments to meet operational demands.
• Collaborate with department leads to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the development of reports to inform leadership and guide workforce strategy.
• Implement workforce management tools and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve employee utilization and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in workforce management, or operations planning is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a multinational or service-oriented environment is a plus
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
