Role Summary

We are looking for a senior-level, technology-savvy Financial Analyst to join our Kosovo Branch. This is a hands-on analytical role that goes well beyond traditional finance: you will monitor operational and financial performance, identify variances with P&L impact, and build automated reporting solutions using modern tools and AI technologies. You will work across Finance, Operations, and HR, providing management with timely, accurate, and actionable insights into the health of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Monitoring & Reporting

Prepare and monitor monthly financial health reports covering key operational and financial figures

Track P&L performance at branch level, identifying and explaining operational variances and their financial impact

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports

Coordinate with Zug headquarters on group-level reporting and financial alignment

Automation & Technology

Design and implement automated reporting workflows using AI technologies and modern data tools

Continuously improve and automate recurring financial and operational reports, reducing manual effort

Explore and adopt management reporting solutions and tools that improve visibility and decision-making

Maintain and develop advanced Excel models (dynamic dashboards, macros, financial models)

Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for operational and financial KPI tracking

Cross Departmental Collaboration

Partner with Operations to monitor staffing cost drivers, utilization, and productivity metrics

Collaborate with HR on headcount reporting, payroll reconciliation, and workforce cost analysis

Support Finance in budgeting, forecasting, and cost center controlling activities

Provide ad-hoc financial analyses and scenario modelling to support management decision-making

Compliance & Controls

Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in line with applicable standards

Support internal and external audits and maintain compliance with local financial regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field

Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, controlling, or FP&A

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex models, pivot tables, Power Query, macros/VBA)

Demonstrated experience with data analytics tools and structured reporting workflows

Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret large datasets, identify patterns, and connect operational drivers to financial outcomes

Experience monitoring operational P&L variances and producing actionable management reports

Genuine interest in technology: AI-assisted reporting, automation, and digital finance tools

Fluent in Albanian (written and spoken); English B2+ minimum

Preferred:

Hands-on experience with Power BI or equivalent BI/visualization platforms

Familiarity with management reporting tools or financial planning platforms

Familiarity with AI-powered tools for reporting automation (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini integrations, or low-code automation platforms)

Experience in a BPO, shared services, or multi-entity international company

Knowledge of German is a bonus but not required

Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Syft Analtics)

Familiarity with Kosovo’s local tax and accounting regulations is a must

What We Offer

Competitive salary package aligned with local market standards

A senior role with real ownership and direct impact on business performance

Work in an Swiss-headquartered company with cross-border exposure

A modern, technology-forward environment that encourages innovation and automation
